BINGE EATING GOES SUMO

For the record, a Woody Allen is an enormous pastrami and corned beef sandwich on rye bread that was named for someone who weighs a little more than half of what Mr. Altunashvilli weighs and who is pretty much the physical opposite of what Mr. Altunashvilli is: a sumo wrestler.

...The sumos brought 4,468 pounds of broad-shouldered brawn to the table. Come to think of it, everything they brought to the table was broad: hips, knees, feet. The Carnegie Deli compensated for a lack of elbow room by seating three sumos where it would place four normal-sized customers.

Ah sweet gluttony.
