GRATUITOUS PLUG

I was invited to speak next week at a conference of the Inter-American Forum. The conference is on "Globalization and Civil Society," helping community leaders build linkages between global and local issues. My charge is to talk about what is neoliberalism, what does the neoliberal development model entail and what alternative models are possible. My remarks will post here sometime next week.
